Thornton Creek PTA wants to ensure that people in our community can find the support they need to have a safe and healthy school year. Family Works Resource Center

The Family Works Resource Center has a family/community connector who helps families navigate support. Family Works will help connect SPS families with the services they need.
At the Center, families will be connected to knowledgeable and friendly staff who can assist with:
rental assistance applications
enrollment in public benefits
navigating a vast network of community resources
clothing & shoes
free diapers, books and toys
weekly groceries at its food bank, available through its Wallingford location: 1501 N. 45th Street, Seattle.
connecting families within their community by offering multilingual playgroups, parent support networks, and other enrichment activities for families.
services are offered in English, Spanish, and Somali.
